Market Snapshot: The slow down in the Ottawa resale market is typical for July as Buyers and Sellers turn their attention to their vacations and other outdoor recreational activities. We are seeing housing stock increase and prices begin to stabilize which may indicate that Ottawa’s resale market is moving towards a more balanced state.
